I'm about halfway through this novella that I'm reading to review for Horror After Dark.
I have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised. I've not spotted one error. It's an engaging story. The town is gritty, the characters are gritty and the whole thing reeks of small town meth use and wasted humanity. It's reminding me of the movie Winter's Bone.
I'm impressed! I hope it holds out and kicks ass at the end. *Crossing my fingers.*
